Principals,
Welcome to the world of Wiki's! I am learning as we go, so have fun with our new wiki. Dr. Pennington felt that this would be a great way for us to share data and collaborate.
You each have a page to the left where you can upload files (articles, videos, etc.) to share with all of us. Or, you can go to Manage Wiki at the left, then to the Files icon and upload files from there. Only members (each of you are a member if you joined) can edit the files or pages but the wiki is open for anyone to read. Your staff can also access this site and read the files.
I look forward to reading your comments and collaborating via the "Wiki" pages.
By the way, I received permission from Dr. Marzano to utilize his Observation Protocol with your formative walk-throughs. Attached are two of his documents that you might want to read. If you need the protocol with the rubric and a place for dates, let me know and I will send it to you via e-mail.
To create your own page, go to Manage Wiki at the left, scroll down to "Look & Feel" and click on it. Don't forget to shave anything you do.

Also, if you are using Marzano's Walk-through Protocol, here is a copy of the framework which includes the rubric and a place for dates: Comprehensive Framework for Teaching.doc
